One simply cannot walk past PRO8L3M indifferently. Since their 2013 debut, each of their consecutive studio albums has become a certified Platinum Record and turned heads of new generations of fans. The duo's sell-out shows at Poland's biggest venues unite audiences from all across the musical landscape - from hip-hop to alternative. Their body of work, rich in pop-cultural references, intertwines the subjects of futurism and new technologies with thriller-like narratives. The Warsaw-based duo consisting of Oskar and Steez made their notorious debut with the “C30-C39” EP. For some fans, it was a long-awaited breath of fresh air, for others - simply an incomprehensible and hard to pin down phenomenon. PRO8L3M has not slowed down since and they regularly surprise their fans with new releases - from "Art Brut" mixtape, through their self-titled debut full-length to „Hack3d By GH05T 2.0 EP” and „Ground Zero Mixtape” - Oskar’s uncompromising and stirring lyrical ideas and Steez’s unexpected musical explorations come together in a unique combination, guaranteeing an influx of original concepts, both sonic and narrative. Their newest release, "Widmo", circulates around the issues of modern civilization and the disruption brought by its progression, all while giving context to the group's previous work. Deterioration of our environment and the decline of values became a visible imprint of Western civilization's downfall - by making this the narrative background of the album, PRO8L3M shines a light on the unnoticeable and disregarded social phenomenons. They investigate and question the direction in which humans and their world are heading. The group celebrated the release of "Widmo" with a unique launch event, integrating music, fans and artists with visual and virtual arts. The unprecedented listening party took place as part of a multimedia installation OUTPOST and was attended by several thousands of fans from around the country. PRO8L3M is touring frequently and despite selling out a few-thousand people arenas, they eagerly perform at intimate, smaller music venues across Poland.
